Nadia and Carol

Nadia Comaneci - (born on 12th November 1961 Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej / Now Onesti, Romania), Romanian gymnast. The first person in history to score a 10 for a competition at the Olympics. Bela Karrolyi, the Romanian gymnastics trainer who would become Comaneci's coach later on, discovered her at age six. Her first competition was at the national junior championships of 1969, finishing 13th. She won the competition in 1970. At her first international competition in 1972, she won the event with three gold medals. In 1975, she won 4 gold and 1 silver in her first senior international competition. Lyudmila Torishcheva was a five-time European champion. In 1976, she became the first person in the world who used a double backwards salto for a dismount off the parallel bars. Carol Wayne.........................Carol Wayne was an American film and TV actor best recognized for portraying Art Fern's Tea-Time Movie Lady on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson. She started her career as an entertainment professional in her teens performing as a figure skating duo with her twin sister Nina Wayne for the travelling show Ice Capades. Carol Marie Wayne born 6 September 1942 in Chicago Illinois US. Carol began her career as an entertainer in her teens. Her first job was as a figure skater performing with her younger sibling Nina Wayne as part of the traveling entertainment shows called Ice Capades. Ice Capades showcased performances of skating on ice performed by actors.
